Michael Goldsmid, OD, FAAO
Dr. Goldsmid earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston, and has been in private practice since 1982.
He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (F.A.A.O), an organization of higher learning and research.
Aside from his lecturing and writing Dr. Goldsmid is a well-known expert in the optometric community and sits on a number of advisory boards. He is actively involved in clinical research and has also served as the team Optometrist for many of San Diego's professional sports teams.
